Summary

Billgami is a local-first invoice and estimate app. Most business records you create in the app are stored on your device. We do not sell your personal information.

Billgami may use third-party services for authentication, subscriptions, app store purchases, and product analytics when those features are configured and enabled.

Information You Add To The App

You may enter or create information such as:

• Business profile details, including business name, email, phone number, address, logo, currency, tax label, tax rate, and payment instructions.
• Client details, including names, emails, phone numbers, billing addresses, service addresses, and notes.
• Invoices, estimates, line items, prices, taxes, discounts, due dates, payment records, notes, and terms.
• PDF export records and CSV export files created from your invoices, estimates, and payments.

This information is used to provide the app's core functionality: creating, previewing, exporting, sharing, and managing invoices and estimates.

Local Storage

Billgami stores app records locally on your device using device storage. Generated PDFs, email attachments, and CSV exports may also be written to local app document storage so the app can preview, share, email, or export them.

If you delete the app, reset your device, or clear app data, local records may be deleted unless you exported or backed them up separately.

Sharing, Email, And Exports

Billgami can open your device's native share sheet or email composer so you can send a PDF invoice or estimate. These actions use the apps and accounts configured on your device, such as Mail, Gmail, Messages, or other installed apps.

When you choose to share, email, or export a document, you control the destination. Billgami cannot guarantee delivery after the document is handed to your device's share sheet, email app, or another third-party app.

Authentication

Billgami may use Clerk for sign-in and authentication. If you sign in, Clerk may process identifiers such as your email address, Apple account sign-in information, authentication status, and related technical data needed to provide login services.

Subscriptions And Purchases

Billgami may offer Billgami Pro through Apple in-app purchases and subscriptions. Apple handles payment processing, billing, refunds, and subscription management. RevenueCat may be used to manage subscription status and purchase entitlements inside the app.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Analytics

Billgami may use PostHog for product analytics when analytics is configured and enabled. Analytics helps us understand app usage and improve reliability, onboarding, PDF sharing, paywall flows, and other product behavior.

Billgami is designed not to send invoice content, client names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, raw document identifiers, file paths, URLs, PDF filenames, or raw native error strings in analytics events.

Device And Technical Information

Third-party services used by the app may process device, app, and technical information such as app version, operating system, device type, locale, anonymous installation identifiers, crash or diagnostic information, purchase state, and authentication state.

Data Retention

Records stored locally remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, delete the app, or your device removes them. Information processed by third-party services is handled according to those services' retention policies.

Your Choices

• You can choose what business, client, invoice, and estimate information you enter.
• You can export records from the app where export features are available.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
• You can contact us to request help with privacy questions.

Children's Privacy

Billgami is intended for business use and is not directed to children.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Billgami changes. The updated version will show a new last updated date.
