By using Billgami, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Billgami Does

Billgami helps users create estimates and invoices, generate PDF documents, track manual payment status, export records, and open native sharing or email workflows from a mobile device.

Billgami is designed for solo service businesses and small business users who need a fast invoice and estimate tool.

Not Accounting, Tax, Legal, Or Payment Advice

Billgami is not accounting software, tax software, legal advice, payroll software, bookkeeping advice, or payment processing software. You are responsible for confirming that your invoices, estimates, taxes, totals, payment instructions, records, and exports are accurate and appropriate for your business.

Your Content And Records

You are responsible for the information you enter into Billgami, including business details, client details, prices, taxes, discounts, payment records, notes, and terms.

Billgami stores many records locally on your device. You are responsible for exporting, saving, or backing up records that you need to keep for business, tax, legal, or compliance purposes.

PDFs, Email, And Sharing

Billgami can generate PDFs and open your device's share sheet or email composer. Opening an email draft or share sheet is not proof that a document was sent, delivered, received, opened, accepted, or paid.

You are responsible for verifying delivery and keeping copies of important documents.

Subscriptions And Purchases

Billgami may offer paid access such as Billgami Pro through Apple in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple according to Apple's terms and your Apple ID settings.

If Billgami uses RevenueCat to manage purchase status, access to paid features depends on RevenueCat and Apple's purchase records being available and valid.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Billgami to create fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or infringing documents or communications. You also agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to bypass paid feature restrictions.

Availability And Changes

Billgami may change over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed. We aim to preserve access to local records and export workflows, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer

Billgami is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Billgami and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business, failed delivery, tax issues, accounting issues, or payment disputes arising from your use of the app.
